Booking policy

Thank you for considering our restaurant, KURO EATERY for your dining experience. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable visit, we have established the following booking policy:

Reservation Confirmation

All reservations must be made in advance through our official booking channels, such as our website, phone, or email. To confirm your reservation, we require the provision of accurate and up-to-date contact information.

Group Size and Availability

We accommodate reservations for both small and large groups, subject to availability. For groups larger than 8, we recommend contacting us directly via email at reservations@kurocoffee.co.uk to discuss availability and any special requirements.

Holding Time

We will hold your reserved table for a maximum of 15 minutes past the scheduled reservation time. If you anticipate arriving later than the specified holding time, please contact us promptly at 020 7221 4854 to let us know. We will do our best to accommodate you, but please note that we cannot guarantee availability.

Turn Time

The allocated time at the table is 1 hour. We also want to assure you that if there are no scheduling conflicts and our eatery is not experiencing a high volume of customers, you may be permitted some additional time at your table. We will make every effort to accommodate you when possible.

Kindly be aware that ticketed experiences may have extended table times, and we encourage you to refer to the experience details for further information.

Special Requests

We strive to accommodate special requests, such as dietary restrictions, celebrations, or specific seating preferences. Please inform us of any special requirements at the time of booking, and we will do our best to fulfil your needs, subject to availability.

Cancellation and Changes

If you need to modify or cancel your reservation, we kindly request that you notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations or changes made within 12 hours of the reservation time may be subject to a cancellation fee of £30 per head.

No-show Policy

In the event of a no-show (failure to arrive for a reservation without prior notice), we reserve the right to charge a fee of £30 per head.

Payment

At KURO Eatery, we offer a seamless and convenient dining experience for our customers. Please note that our restaurant is strictly card-only, and we do not accept cash, cheques, or direct bank transfers as regular forms of payment. However, we are happy to make special arrangements for events such as private hires or in cases of unpaid bills due to system errors.

All our prices include VAT, additionally, we offer the option of a 12.5% service charge, which goes directly to our staff.

Laptop Policy

At KURO EATERY, we maintain a laptop-free environment to enhance the dining ambience. While at KURO Coffee, laptop use is generally allowed but is subject to staff discretion, depending on our current occupancy and atmosphere. We kindly ask guests to inquire with our staff for laptop usage guidance at KURO Coffee, ensuring a pleasant experience for all our shoppers.
